1. Overview

Since we partner with Printful for on-demand production and fulfillment, our refund and return policy aligns in large part with their handling of defective or misprinted items.
Because each product is custom-made per order, we have limited ability to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or dissatisfaction with appearance — unless it’s due to a print or manufacturing error.

2. When We Accept Returns / Refunds

3. When We Do Not Accept Returns / Refunds

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or simply deciding you don’t want the product anymore

  • Selecting the wrong size, color, or design (unless it was printed incorrectly)

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or print placement (these are natural in on-demand production)

4. Returned Packages / Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to our facility or to Printful because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed:

  • We will notify you by email that the package has been returned. Printful

  • You may choose to have the item reshipped (at your cost) once you confirm the correct address. Printful+1

  • Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days. If not claimed within that period, the item may be donated or disposed of. help.printful.com+1

5. Lost-in-Transit / Undelivered Packages

If your order was lost, delayed excessively, or never arrived:

  • You must report the missing order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. help.printful.com+1

  • We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, may issue a replacement or refund. help.printful.com+1

6. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase

  • Processing time may vary depending on payment providers and banks

  • The refunded amount will typically exclude original shipping costs, unless the issue was our responsibility (defect or fulfillment error)

7. Cancellation Before Fulfillment

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • You must request cancellation before Printful begins the fulfillment process

  • Once production starts, cancelation is no longer possible, and the order proceeds through manufacturing

8. How to Submit a Return / Claim

To initiate a claim:

  1. Email us at lovekillsinfo@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item (showing defect, damage, or print error)

  2. We will review and respond within a reasonable time

  3. If approved, we will instruct you (if needed) on next steps or directly issue a replacement/refund

9. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy restricts your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws (such as mandating returns in your country) — these may override or supplement the above terms.
