1. Overview

All Love and Skvlls products are made-to-order and shipped through our trusted production partner Printful.
This means each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed — helping us reduce waste and maintain sustainable production.

Please allow time for both fulfillment and shipping, as detailed below.

2. Fulfillment Time

Production usually takes:

  • 2–5 business days for most apparel and accessory orders

  • 5–7 business days during high-demand seasons (holidays, launches, etc.)

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

3. Shipping Times (Estimated)

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The destination country

  • Product type and quantity

Occasionally, promotions or free-shipping offers may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after fulfillment.
If you do not receive tracking info within 7 business days, please contact us at lovekillsinfo@gmail.com.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges depending on your country’s laws.
These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Love and Skvlls and Printful are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once an order leaves the fulfillment center.

7. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • The package may be returned to the sender (Printful)

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once a correct address is confirmed

Unclaimed packages returned to Printful after failed delivery attempts will be donated or recycled after 30 days.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or has not arrived:

  • Please check your tracking information first

  • If tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, contact us

We will work with Printful and the courier to locate or replace your order if necessary.
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

9. Separate Shipments

Because items may be produced in different facilities (depending on stock and region), your order may arrive in multiple packages.
You will receive separate tracking links for each shipment if this occurs.

10. Shipping Regions

We currently ship worldwide to most countries.
However, Printful may restrict certain regions due to carrier limitations or sanctions.
